The Massachusetts Social Equity Program (SEP) was established to promote diversity in the cannabis industry by providing pathways for individuals from communities disproportionately impacted by cannabis prohibition.
You must meet at least one of: DIA residence, income threshold, family arrest history, or personal cannabis arrest history.
Fee waivers, priority processing, exclusive delivery rights, free training, and priority access to grants up to $500,000.
