Income Threshold
Household income below 400% The income threshold set by the federal government to determine eligibility for assistance programs
2024 400% FPL Income Limits:
• 1 person: $58,320
• 2 people: $78,880
• 3 people: $99,440
of the Federal Poverty Level.
Family Arrest
Parent or spouse arrested for cannabis-related offenses.
Arrest History
Arrested for cannabis-related offenses in Massachusetts.
